The customer referred us to this

specific product – we have the GP Reeves

pump, and then the rotometer is pushing

the UV cure material into the customer’s

final part product.


The first station where the operator

stands they have an HMI up front heads

up display they will drop a pre-finished

good part of plastic part into the nest,

and it will cycle to the first station.


In the first few stations, it’s injecting

the UV cure material around electrical

control connections. When the potting

material is injected, it flows around

each one of those electrical pendant

connections. GP Reeves was the go-to

answer for how to push that material.


Then the next few stations use a

Loctite curing system to UV cure the

potting material. So that it’s a

watertight solution, it goes into the

final check station to get a pin mark

so that it shows the part product went

through the machine and it wasn’t done

by hand.


The last station is a quality

Check, so it either goes into a bad part

product shoot and gets discarded into a

container or it circles back around as a

finished good to that same operator.

A generator manufacturer came to us

looking for an automated filling system

for their generator assembly process. 


The generators move down a conveyor belt

and aren’t always in the exact same

position meaning our system would have

to be smart a vision system that snaps two

pictures of the generator and

extrapolates the two-dimensional frames

into a 3D map of the product. 


From there it is able to calculate the exact

position of the opening to the engines

and fill them with the precise amount of oil.

Light curtains keep anyone or anything

from entering during the fill process.

This system is flexibly designed to work

with multiple generator models and can

be modified to add even more in the

future. This automated system is designed to

save our customers time, money and labor

in their assembly process.

An animal feed manufacturer reached out

to us looking to improve their pellet

Mill lubrication.


Their existing process utilized a 120

pound keg that had to be transported up

three floors and only lasted two to

three days plus the environmental

conditions of the plant required the

pump to be cleaned between each



We optimized their system so

it now utilizes a 400 pound drum of

grease which can be loaded on the first

floor and lasts up to 10 days. It’s

housed in a dust tight enclosure keeping

both the material and the equipment



Previously they had a secondary

system that was used once per shift to

manually grease the front side of their

mill, a process that could take up to 45

minutes of the operator’s time.


In our new system, a high flow dispense

gun was tied to the main drum of

material, cutting the dispense time of

their manual process down to 10 minutes

and eliminating the need for a secondary

source completely.
